Kevin Doyle has over 30 years of experience building businesses in supply chain, technology, and the Oil & Gas sector in the US and Europe. He started his career as a Petro-Chemist in Texaco’s European R&D centre. Kevin was involved in the development and patenting of a number of Immunoassay test kits which were sold worldwide.
Kevin Doyle then entered the tech industry and developed several innovative B2B solutions which led to that business being acquired by Chase Manhattan Bank. Kevin established another technology company which was subsequently acquired and listed on the UK stock exchange at £2.4bn. Following that he moved into the Oil &Gas field building a successful technology business that provided sales and supply chain solutions to oil majors.
Kevin also started a venture building a hydrogenation plant creating specialty fluids that was subsequently sold to a major Oil company. More recently, Kevin Doyle founded and built a specialist oil business headquartered in Texas with global activities.

Peter has worked in the oil & gas industry for more than 30 years for TOTALEnergies in the UK, Belgium, France and the USA. For the last 15 years, Peter has been responsible for a business unit in the Americas that manufactures solvents and light base oils targeted at industries including agrochemicals, aerospace, oil field chemicals, and a variety of industrial applications. In the last 5 years, Peter has overseen the building and startup of a highly successful hydro-de-aromatization and distillation plant close to Houston, TX with a capacity of close to 100 million gallons at a cost of >$100 Million. Peter is passionate in his goal to achieve the decarbonization of products needed within the markets he has served during his long career.

Mr. Molsbee has a dynamic 40+ year career in science, technology, engineering, and management. He has achieved success in business development, management, and technical roles in multiple sectors. His technology focus areas include waste-to-energy, gasification, Hydrogen generation, gas-to-liquids(Fischer-Tropsch and catalysts), and water (treatment and desalination). Mr. Molsbee assists with the technical due diligence and analysis of business opportunities in complementary sectors for acquisition and/or strategic partnership. He has worked in the past as an engineer and scientist with Amoco Production Company, Lockheed Martin Energy Systems (DOEY-12, Oak Ridge), Plasma Gasification Consultants, and several waste to energy companies.

Mr. Watt has lived and worked in more than 10 countries holding CEO, COO, and CPO roles during his 30 years in Manufacturing, Renewable Energy, Oil and Gas, Technology, Aerospace, and Private Equity. His broad situational experience across start-ups, SMEs, and Fortune 500 companies going through significant change including turnaround, rapid growth, mergers and acquisitions, and IPOs has provided him the range of skills to identify challenges and opportunities, and to make successful investment decisions in the fast-moving renewable energy sector. Mr. Watt recently completed Entrepreneurial studies at Harvard in Advanced Financial Modeling.

As the founder of Calibration Technologies, he led the company to national prominence, saving clients $17 million and extending the life of their equipment by five years with his Patent Pending Extended Preventive Maintenance Process. The company was successfully sold to Transcat Inc.
Lou’s entrepreneurial journey is marked by his expertise in relationship building, networking, and creating custom business systems. He has developed marketing strategies, critical and strategic thinking skills, and financial acumen, including P&L management, forecasting, and budgeting.
